Ingredients
– 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and sear chicken until golden and cooked through (165°F). Remove and slice or cube.
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water before draining.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan. Stir continuously until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Combine Everything : Return pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet. Mix until well coated. Add pasta water as needed to thin the sauce to your liking.
