  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey (raw or pure preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
  •  Fresh chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, honey, curry powder, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until fully coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh herbs.
  7. Serve warm as a side, in wraps, or grain bowls.

Notes

Dry the cauliflower well after soaking or washing to ensure crisp edges.

Want more protein? Toss in canned chickpeas before roasting.
