Ingredients

Instructions
Make the crust: Crush Mint Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
Make the filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, mint extract, and food coloring. Mix well.
Combine: Fold in whipped topping and chopped Oreos.
Assemble: Spoon the filling into the crust and smooth the top. Chill for 4+ hours.
