Ingredients

For the Sliders:
12-pack Hawaiian rolls or dinner rolls
¾ pound thinly sliced roast beef (deli or homemade)
6 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
½ cup caramelized onions (optional)
¼ cup sliced pickles or jalapeños (optional)
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried parsley
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice the rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached. Place the bottom halves in the dish.
- Layer with cheese, followed by the roast beef, toppings (if using), and another layer of cheese. Add the top halves of the rolls.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, Dijon mustard, and salt.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for 5–7 more minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
Make Ahead Tip:
Assemble the sliders a day ahead, cover with foil, and refrigerate. Bake just before serving.
