1 can 12.5 oz chicken breast, drained and shredded 1 egg 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese optional 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning Toppings of choice sauce, cheese, veggies, meat
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the chicken, egg, parmesan, mozzarella (if using), and seasonings until combined.
Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten into a round crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
