Cheesecake Banana Bread combines the rich, creamy flavor of cheesecake with moist, sweet banana bread for the ultimate comforting treat. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert!
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and mashed bananas. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until creamy.
Pour half of the banana bread batter into the prepared pan. Spread cheesecake filling evenly over the batter. Top with the remaining banana bread batter.
Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean. Tent with foil halfway if browning too fast.
Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
