Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm filtered water, not boiling around 160°F / 70°C
  • ½ tsp organic matcha powder ceremonial grade
  • ¼ tsp kelp powder kombu, iodine-rich
  • ½ –1 tsp fresh ginger juice
  • 1 tsp lemon or yuzu juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat the water until warm, not boiling (around 160–170°F / 70–75°C).

  • Add the matcha powder to the warm water and whisk until fully dissolved.

Add in kelp powder and fresh ginger juice

  • Stir in the kelp powder until there are no clumps remaining.
  • Mix in the fresh ginger juice.

  • Add lemon or yuzu juice if using. Stir gently and sip slowly.

  • For a stronger detox effect, use freshly grated ginger instead of juice.
  • Make sure not to overheat the water to preserve the nutrients in matcha and kelp.
