1 cup warm filtered water, not boiling around 160°F / 70°C ½ tsp organic matcha powder ceremonial grade ¼ tsp kelp powder kombu, iodine-rich ½ –1 tsp fresh ginger juice 1 tsp lemon or yuzu juice optional
Heat the water until warm, not boiling (around 160–170°F / 70–75°C).
Add the matcha powder to the warm water and whisk until fully dissolved.
Add in kelp powder and fresh ginger juice Stir in the kelp powder until there are no clumps remaining.
Mix in the fresh ginger juice.
Add lemon or yuzu juice if using. Stir gently and sip slowly.
For a stronger detox effect , use freshly grated ginger instead of juice.
Make sure not to overheat the water to preserve the nutrients in matcha and kelp.
Can be enjoyed as a morning drink or as part of an intermittent fasting routine.
