Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 to 1 tsp Pink Himalayan salt – Start with 1/2 tsp if you're new
  • 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice – Use freshly squeezed if possible
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar – Raw and unfiltered
  • 8 oz Filtered water – Warm or room temperature

  • Pour 8 oz of filtered water into a glass.
