Instructions
Pour the filtered water into a clean glass or jar.
Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
If using coarse salt, let the mixture sit overnight for full saturation.
Add lemon juice and/or honey if desired, and stir well.
Drink the entire mixture first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.Follow up with a glass of plain water after 15–30 minutes to support hydration and absorption.
