Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt fine or coarse
  • 1 glass 250 ml filtered or purified water (room temp or warm)
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice optional
  • ½ teaspoon raw honey optional, for flavor & antioxidants

Instructions
 

  • Pour the filtered water into a clean glass or jar.
  • Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  • If using coarse salt, let the mixture sit overnight for full saturation.
  • Add lemon juice and/or honey if desired, and stir well.
  • Drink the entire mixture first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.Follow up with a glass of plain water after 15–30 minutes to support hydration and absorption.

  • If you're new to this drink, start with ½ teaspoon of pink salt and gradually increase to 1 teaspoon as your body adjusts. 
  • Lemon adds vitamin C and enhances the digestive benefits.
